OK here we go. Picture 1 & 2 might be brambles. 3 might be Cuckoo Pint which is very poisonous so use gloves if it is. 4 looks like your average weed name not known. 5 looks like a nettle. 6 ? 7 might be brambles again. I am sure there are better experts out there than me.

Thanking you so much, should I worry? Could I just remove them and all done?

Number 3 is coltsfoot. 4 looks like a type of willowherb, all of those plants are invasive to a certain extent, and none of them should stop you buying the property, you'll find them everywhere.

Not an Arum (which is not poisonous to the touch, only to ingestion). Looks more like A Dock leaf.
None of the images show anything particularly nasty, only fairly standard weeds.

    1. Bramble
    2. Bramble
    3. One of the petasites … probably coltsfoot.
    4. One of those weeds whose name I should remember but don’t… but it’s not a problem type.
    5. Stinging nettle
    6. bramble
    7. bramble

All perfectly normal wild plants and nothing at all to worry about.
Lots of luck and happiness in your new home. 😊

Again thanking you all so much .. one more information, at the other side of the fence there’s a footpath where there’s wild plants at both sides so these weeds coming from there to this new build garden, do you think this might make difference and makes me think again?

Photo no. 4 could be horseweed. Whether it's that or a willow herb pull it up before it seeds. Nothing invasive that would stop you buying a house but brambles and nettles on the other side of the fence could be a nuisance. Pull the nettles up when small. I would use glyphosate on brambles.
