Azalea Gibraltar pruning
Hello we put in this rhododendron Gibraltar around 6 weeks ago. It’s flowering really nicely, but I’m curious as to why some of the stems are so long without foliage!
Would I be best to prune those stems back after flowering? I’d like to encourage some bushier growth if possible.
If so, where would be best to prune back to? There are lots of what seem like tiny nodes, but nothing obvious.
Thankyou
