Hi, can anyone tell if this is blackbird or hedgehog poo please? It's very dry as been in the sun.

More Hedgehog than Blackbird, my 3 are prolific at depositing copious amounts of poop.

I agree … looks like hedgehog poo to me too.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

I don't know for a fact but would expect blackbird poo to be much the same as that of any other bird.  The items in the photo's don't look like the produce of any bird I'm familiar with, the exception being owl pellets.

They do look very similar to owl pellets.

Can't see any bones though and they look to be made up of partially digested vegetation.

I don't think they're hedgehog poo. I know they have dried out, but l think the shape and consistency is wrong.
I really should get out more.

Definitely hedgehog. My garden is covered with it ,it’s everywhere till my oh goes round with an old shovel and collects it up .

A bit of a strange one for me after staring at the pictures for way too long, can't quite work out what it's been eating, maybe lots of sunflower seeds or berries?

Either way you've got a Hedgehog or an Owl which is great 😃
