Hops plants

Hi. Im looking for some advice.
I bought 4 hops plants at christmas with the idea of them wrapping round my gazebo by summer. 3 have grown well bit one has seemed to stumbed. It's in direct sunlight and gets the same amount of water as the other 3. It use to be the biggest but now im worried it won't grow anymore. Any help would be appreciated.
(Photo of the small one and the size of the biggest for comparison).

@maxejcalderanrozE3Eat I think at this stage it is a case of waiting they are all only young plants. They will be very vigorous but like all climbers they need to settle roots first before they get going.
When you do need to cut back sap stains clothes especially in bright sun light.
I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

They have monstrous roots so may not like being confined to a pot. On the other hand, constraining them may restrict their vigour.
