Moving a sorbus Olympic flame

Hi all, I'm moving to a new house and I really want to take my rowan. I bought a 12ft sorbus Olympic flame last year and its been in the ground since the end of June last year. I'll be moving mid June (I realise its not the best time to move it) and really want to take it with me as it was incredibly expensive, put on the selling inventory that I was taking it and my favourite plant in the garden. Being that it's only been planted of 11 months does anyone think it'll move well?
Thank you.

I've moved rowans before without any problem, but my ground is consistently damp even in summer which is a major factor in the success of it.
I did one around this time of year, about three years ago [might have been two ] and it's fine, but it's about the prep before and the care afterwards, especially if you have to pot it up for a little while. That one had been in the ground for several years as it was a present from the birds. It was about 7 feet or so.
Don't let it get dried out whatever you do - that's what does for them.  :)
    Good luck!
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
