Dying Trachelospermum jasminoides

I have a large specimen growing over an arch and I noticed a few branches had died and I now see new growth is also dying back. Do you think it's had it or could it be rescued please

A lot of Star Jasmines suffered in the hard winter, there have been other posts on this forum about it. Are you in the north or south?
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
