A December posy from what is still flowering in my patch: achillea, Rosa Moonlight, viola, S. Royal Bumble, S. Blue Note and camomile. We have had frost down to about -3C (north London). It's interesting to see that quite a few rose buds on various plants look viable.

Some of the Cobea buds look fine too (pictured -  in green). Some of the  new growth protruding from the house wall has withered but the rest looks fine. There are even some new foliage tendrils starting. It will fascinating to watch and see if the cobea continues into bloom - despite being frozen solid, I presume.  The buds are very decorative on their own. The bedding cyclamen are trooping along, showing lots of buds; pretty good for not particularly hardy plants. They have been going strong since early Sept, and I have enjoyed them a lot. The plants usually re-shoot the following year, I find.

    S. Royal Bumble and Blue Note blooms have only just had it this week. They have given a great show all year. The foliage looks fine and green still.
