Which vine/weed is this?

I was wandering if anyone could help me identify this vine

    There seem to be 2 separate plants there. The last 3 photos look like a Clematis.

    I thought two might be different. It’s a house that I am buying so wanted to check it wasn’t anything problematic like knot weed
