Is this clematis or weed

I had a super small clematis last year so decided to grow it in a pot. Over the last couple of weeks these have appeared in the bottom of the pot. When pulling them they feel super strong and not like weeds. Before i rip them out, are these weeds or part of the clematis?

I think that's about the fifth thread today about them! The most common query in the last few weeks.
Remove them before they take over - and don't let them seed whatever you do.
