Here is a photo of a couple of my chilli plants next to a tomato plant. They are from the free seeds from the magazine.
Is it time to move them to a (cheap zip up plastic) cold frame yet?
Also should I move them into bigger 20cm pots now?

They'd be good outside in the day though - it'll strengthen them up and they'll get more light.
Don't repot until the're are roots coming out of the bottom.
They don't like temps at any time below about 12c - they look about the same stage as some Hot Wax chillies I'm growing this year - alongside the usual Jalapeno that get much taller
