Ceanothuis (Impressus Victoria)
Hello folks, we have a Ceanothus Impressis Victoria which I think is a non climbing type, which isnt flowering. It gets sun for around 5-6 hours per day and we are feeding it currently every 14 days. It is in a mixture of general purpose compost and top soil with a small amount of horticultural grit ( we are beginner gardeners so admittedly we're not confident we know what we are doing). Any suggestions would be appreciated - thank you!

I don't know how happy it'll be in that container, long term. I've only ever had them in the ground. They do grow quite big, so it may need something much bigger than that by next year. I presume it's got good drainage at the base too?
If it has buds already set, it should flower a little. The main thing at this stage is to make sure it doesn't dry out - especially for the next 6 months or so. Any potted plant, especially a shrub, needs to be well hydrated, especially in a sunny site, and with a lot of foliage, as rain certainly can't get in easily.
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
