Rhynchospermum jasminoides

Can anyone help me. I have a Rhynchospermum jasminoides which all the leaves have died 
If I prune it back will it grow again

    I had to look that up. I know it as Trachelospermum Jasminoides, Star Jasmine. It's the same plant. Are the leaves on the left part of it or is that a different plant? That looks like another one that is still alive but hit by the cold winter. The plant in the middle looks dead. 
    Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    I would wait another month or two to see if there is any new growth, then prune back to the new wood. Hopefully it will shoot from wood protected by the plentiful top growth. They have not enjoyed this last winters vagaries of weather. Mine is a small specimen in a very sheltered corner but looks really weather beaten but hanging on by the skin of its teeth.
