Hi all. I wondered if anyone could identify this plant that has just popped up in my garden please? Sorry but the image is rotated 90degrees

I think it is Veronica Gentianoides. It must have been planted at some time.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
