Nematomorpha/horsehair worms
Hello,
We have just laid some new turf in our back garden. It was laid six weeks ago and today my husband spotted, in the grass, long, thin, hair-like worms, reaching upward. After an online search we have found it to be nematomorpha / horsehair worms. Does anybody know if a: this is dangerous to humans? And b: if there is a way to treat it.

Thank you so much.
