Oliander

Hi, 
hope someone can help please, i have two Olieanders that has i believe have bad frost damage (brown leaves) can they be saved and if so what needs to be done.

    I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

    Brown leaves?  What %?  All over brown or just part of a leaf?  As you can see I (perhaps we) need more info, perhaps a pic.

    Without seeing your actual problem, I would say:  prune back until you reach live wood (hopefully) and then, be patient.  The roots will be the last part to die.
