Flax seedlings

Hi all,

It’s my first time growing Flax and I wasn’t sure if I should be pinching these out or anything like that? They’re growing quite tall and thin!

I’ve no idea what I’m doing.

I do see fields of them around here and they look stunning.
Those have obviously not been pinched out and being so many of them I guess they support each other.
Yours are going to topple over if they get much taller, so I'd GUESS that you should pinch out the tops down to 2-3 pairs of leaves.
They will be smaller, bushier plants, but at least they won't be laying on top of the soil.

Thanks @Pete.8 that was my concern, they did seem to be getting very leggy!

If you decide to pinch them out or not, leave them outside so that the wind can strengthen the stems and the sun control the growth.
