Is it that colour now (
spring in the UK) or in Autumn?

If it's autumn it could be Virginia Creeper.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • Hi. I’m not 100% sure... (The picture is from Google street view). I vaguely recall it being green now - (spring uk)

Virginia creeper can be a problem.  It clings to paintwork/plastic, and can enter lofts.  Better have a look.
location: Surrey Hills, England, ex-woodland acidic sand.

Hope it's not in the roof.
I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.
