Another strange insect

Yellow stripes. Flat, widish oval body. Maybe a bit larger body than a bumble bee. Its long legs stuck out and it hovered. It looked pretty much like a toy remote control drone. It might have had long antennae too. It seemed interested in the geranium mac.
In London. Keen but lazy.

    I don't know. I just had the impression of long bendy bits sticking out all over the place.. Off to Google beefly
