Is this crabgrass?

Please advise if this is crabgrass. I have an infestation of this grass in my lawn and need help in identifying them to get the appropriate weed control. If this is crabgrass, are they considered broad leaf, ie does selective lawn weed killer work? Thank you for your input.

I can't see the seed head clearly but it looks like annual meadow grass to me. Lawn weed killer will have no effect. There's lots of it in my lawns and I just leave it be.

I don't think so.  Crab grass has a long root system that travels along as well as down.
A good hoeing is worth two waterings.

That's not it no it doesn't have the runners, at that size they would look like thick white needles sticking out of the rootball.
Also there is no weedkiller that will kill one type of grass and not another, so even if you do have it you can't remove it with a weedkiller.
