Invasive plant

Does anyone know what this is? We’re renovating a property & it covered most of a large border.  I dug most of it out when I started working on garden as was “smothering” other plants. It doesn’t produce flowers

    Yes it does! 😱Thank you for link. I’ve got a lot of work still to do - most of it hasn’t reappeared thankfully though

    Mmmm I suppose so 😂 - I did dig a lot out 2 years ago & most of it hasn’t reappeared so I live in hope!! Thank you for your knowledge

    It will produce flowers if you let it. Typical umbellifer style

    Thanks for info but I’m going to try my best to remove remaining patch before it flowers🤣🤣
