Rescue young grape vine in container

Hello! I have a young grape vine I purchased from the nurseries a few weeks ago. When I potted it, I hadn't realised the drain holes were bunged, and as a result, the soil got waterlogged, and the leaves starting curling on the vine - it's this that alerted me to the problem. I repotted, added some broken pottery etc at the bottom and a much finer soil/compost mix. Anybody got any further advice (as I am very, very far from being a knowledgeable gardener). Appreciate any thoughts... Thanks!

They need to be planted in the ground to grow well.
Oxford. The City of Dreaming Spires.
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth :)
