Is this black spot?

I planted this rose (Ghislaine de Feligonde) last year and just noticed this spots on the leaves. I've been looking at pictures online but find it hard to tell.

    My black spot is blacker and spottier. Looks like something else to me.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    Are they leaves that didn't fall off in the winter? Could be scorch from the sun during last year's hot summer. There may be a little bit of black spot too. I would nip off the unsightly leaves.
