Hi,
Any idea what this plant may be?
I don't remember planting them, there's 4 the same and nicely positioned, they shot up really fast

    I think they’re hollyhocks.

    I think you're right, I remember now sewing hollyhock seed last spring but they never germinated, I thought dud seeds, strange that they kept until now? 

    The caterpillars loved the first few leaves haha now I have what looks to be spider mites (brownish body, redish looking legs, legs look like they only come out the front, not seen any webs though).  They're throughout the whole raised bed, any advice on getting under control, it's been a few weeks now but they just keep coming back theres so many of them, I tried blasting off and fatty acid spray.
