Money Tree/Guiana Chestnut Yellow Leaves and Sticky

Good evening!

I have a tall Guiana chestnut/money tree in a west facing window. It has a few random yellow leaves, and lots of new growth. I have also noticed that on the new growth stems appears to be sticky droplets of sap - should be able to see this in the photo of the new growth. A tiny droplet!

I have attached photos. Please, any advice would be so helpful!

Any sticky patches on a plant can indicate the presence of pests so it would be worth giving the plant a thorough inspection to see if anything beastly has taken up residence. I find a bright torch can be a great help when looking for things like spider mites or scale insects.
