Identification

Dear gardeners
I've recently moved, and have large shrub/small tree I cannot identify! Any help would be gratefully received !

    @clare.stiles_yki97p7 Thankyou for sharing your photo. The leaves did look honeysuckle related but a new plant to me.
    I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

    Colours vary depending if a named cultivar. eg pics below
    Here it is fine but in USA it is an invasive pest.

  • Think mine could be the Arnold Red! Very deep colour, although not much in the way of scent. Still very pretty and not something I've seen before! Thank you all for your helpful comments! Much appreciated

    There are other red flowered ones  eg Lonicera tatarica Hacks Red.
    No idea how you tell one from another!
