Parsnips and runner beans in same pot?

I have previously successfully grown parsnips in the same pot as sugar snap peas, but can I do the same thing with runner beans?

    Bear in mind that runners need quite a lot of water, compared to peas, so make sure the big parsnip leaves don't keep the roots too dry

    The pot is approx 40cm deep by 40cm wide.
    Useful point re the watering - I wouldn't want the parsnips to rot through over watering.

    I wouldn’t grow them together … IME. they need different soil conditions and amounts of moisture.

    I have grown parsnips at the foot of runner beans, in a trench, not in pots,  there was no problem with watering.
    I don’t know how many you’d get in a small pot,  maybe 4 or 5 of both if you feed well. The green grows big on parsnips,  but healthwise for the plants, you can mix them together.

    Thank you - now I just need to hope the runner beans don't get covered in black beasties :)
