Weed or Foxglove?

Keep or bin? Several in pots around where I had foxgloves last year, just wanted to be sure before it goes in the bin!
Marne la vallée, basically just outside Paris 🇫🇷, but definitely Scottish at heart.

    Ok, bin it is then. I’m not taking chances this year as last summer when I was away the terrace got overwhelmed with weeds which have probably all seeded! Things are popping up in almost every pot even though I did my best to weed when I came back, and have replaced quite a bit of the soil.
