Pruning grapes

Folks,

hope all is well for you all.

my grape vines have started to become green again but ive noticed this isnt the case for the entire vein…

Theres around a metre of vein that hasnt produced any shoots or leaves.

should i give them a chance to, or should i prune them back to the last shoot?

thank you for the advice.

Can't give advcie myself as OH sees to the two vines weinherited here but the RHS offers this comprehensive advice - https://www.rhs.org.uk/fruit/grapes/pruning-training

I would wait a while to see if any more buds form and then prune back to a live bud or spur a bit later, maybe mid May, when the initial spring flow of sap is slowing down and less likely to bleed.

@Fairygirl how do you know he is a spammer? There was good advice in that post.

@Obelixx gave good advice, I agree with it and I have a vine.

He's already been removed once for the links in his posts @Busy-Lizzie - it's in the signature strip.
