As others said, Brunnera looks similar. And couldn't be without cornflowers.
There are some gorgeous blue salvias- though possibly too dark for you? Blue Skies, Victoria, Balloon Azul (sp)- Also this cute pale blue one:

I love the blue of blue love-in-a-mist (nigella) most of all, but its season (May, June) probably overlaps with forget-me-nots too much for your purposes.

Some of the campanulas like it dry and your kind of soil. There is a pretty pale blue not quite Forget me, Double flowers very cute. I grow it but forgotten the name!
Thank you everyone for your super helpful replies. Always hard to tell from looking at Google but I think I'm going to experiment with the Nemesia Blue Gem, Cambridge Blue Campanula and the Beyond Blue Salvia (I'm a big salvia fan in general!). Would you believe it, I actually have some Miss Jekyll Nigella seeds which I got free, so I'm going to sow those tomorrow too!
