Problem with my Jasmine

Hi everybody,
I wondered whether I could ask for some advice please regarding my jasmines.
They seem to be in trouble, the leaves are quite yellowing with some spots on them, even though I’ve been feeding them for the past three weeks also.
I have used a plant app which says that they are under watered, however, that is not the case because the soil is always kept moist for them and this is the first year they have looked like this. We are on any advice and help would be really appreciated.

My two used to do exactly the same, once the weather warms up, new growth will appear and it will look good.
