Does this plant need repotting?

Hi, I have this houseplant (a ZZ plant) which has recently had a growth spurt (the light green stems and leaves) but then yesterday had several yellow-brown leaves. I am a complete novice with plants and amazed I have not yet killed this one! Does it need repotting into a bigger pot? If not, what might I have done wrong to cause the yellowing leaves? (I don't know why it put the image in sideways, the original is the right way up and I can't work out how to fix it!)

Is there any drainage in the pot
    In London. Keen but lazy.

Sorry for the delay i replying - yes, it's in a pot with holes that is then in a decorative pot.

It could need repotting - I would take it out of the ornamental pot and check whether compost is too dry / wet.  Most houseplants are killed by over rather than under watering. If the roots are coming through the bottom of the pot, it definitely needs repotting, unless it's a variety that likes to be pot bound (it's not a plant I'm familiar with). If you decide it doesn't need repotting, I'd try giving it a general indoor plant feed every couple of weeks and see how it goes.  Good luck!
