Wrong compost?

Hi
i have just realised that I’ve used John innes no 2 instead of 3 to pot up some garden plants, will they be ok?

    Yes.
    The basic constituents fo JI 1/2/3 are about the same.
    It's just the amount of fertilizer that differs, so no problem :)

    Yes there may be more grit in JI3 as well.  You can just add a bit more fertiliser after a few weeks.
