Hi all!
#1  Vigorousish climber coming through from next door which I quite like the look of.  Think evergreen.

1)

#2  Present(!) from the other neighbour - again, climber, trailer.  Thanks!

    Honeysuckle
    East Anglia
  • Both @Asarum ?
  • Yes, they both look like honeysuckle. I have two in my garden - one with tinged red leaves (like yours) that has purple flowers, and one with greener leaves (also like yours) which has yellow flowers ('Scentsatian').

  • The reddish one could be an older form of Lonicera periclymenum, 'Serotina'.
  • Fabulous - thanks both.

Hi all - thread resurrect with added flowers!

This is the purplish-hued #1 above (first 4 pictures) which @WildFlower_UK thought they recognised and @Cambridgerose12 mooted as periclymenum, 'Serotina'.  The flowers don't look quite as beautiful as the Serotina's I'm Googling, but they look similar enough for it to be that :)
Main thing for my current planning is whether it's evergreen (or semi-) but a pinpoint ID is always helpful :)
    Thanks all!

The plain species also has a lot of variation. But this could still be 'Serotina', needing a bit more food... Anyway it's definitely periclymenum and thus deciduous. It looks lovely!

Ah, thanks @Cambridgerose12 .  I'll get some feed into it :)
