  It is Sambucus nigra  f. porphyrophylla...common name Elderberry.
  one of the special black leaf forms.eg Sambucus nigra Black lace/Black Tower etc.

  Probably S. "Black Lace". It looks exactly like mine and it's a widely grown and easily available variety.
