Can't help with onions as I grow sets.

I grow coriander in pots and don't prick them out, just leave on the kitchen window sill, like the ones you buy in the supermarket. Then when the weather is warm I sow them direct into a herb bed in the vegetable garden, with varying success. I do the same with parsley and basil. Coriander goes to seed quite quickly.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • Your onions look like they are struggling for light and water. I would wait until they have another couple of leaves before potting them on into slightly larger pots prior to planting out.
The coriander could also be left for another week or two before potting on into larger pots. It is too early to put it outside. You could plant several plants in a single container and grow on indoors. It will be a good few weeks before it is warm enough to put them outside, you can sow fresh seed all year round to keep up your supply but it is very tender so can only grow outside during the summer.
