Wild cherry tree

Hello. I have a quick question, or maybe looking for reassurance. Would like to know if I've done any harm to my wild cherry tree. It was getting ridiculously big... about 30+ft! So I decided to climb the ladders and take some off the top (about 10ft of thin branches from the very top) I went through branches about 4inch inch in diameter. I was really struggling up the ladders going through the branches. (Needed more muscles than I have!) Anyway because I was struggling at times with the hand saw I put some fairy liquid on the blade to lubricate it. It was so much more easier after that. I remember my nanna using dish soap on plants a long time ago to get rid of aphids. I know that's what they did back then. Maybe not recommended nowadays. The tree looks great now with the pruning. I'm just worried if the fairy liquid on the saw could of done any damage when cutting through branches? Appreciate any response... Cheers
