Peace Lily Problems

Hello, I've had this peace lily for 2 years and the leaves have lost their glossiness and are light green rather than dark green when I got it. What is causing this? It was repotted around a month ago but it has been like this for longer.

It probably needs more light, but not direct sunlight. Mine sits in a North facing window & gets no attention  except a drink when it starts to wilt. Its leaves are really dark green and shiny, yours are lacking in chlorophyll.

Usual culprit is having the compost too moist. Best to let it dry out almost to the point the plant is wilting, before watering. It should never ever sit in water.

It could also need more light. Mine is a couple of feet back from a south east window so gets some direct morning sun, which it seems to enjoy.

They hate being re potted! I did one a few years ago, after splitting, one half survived, one half didn't. Oddly enough my best friend did the same, almost the same time and they both died. I have 2 in the bathroom window sill, north facing, both in the same MPC, one is dark green, one lighter, but regularly produces spathes.
