I'm not going to compile an essay but have focused my gardening on finding labour saving methods for the various tasks that present themselves.  Weeds, for example, are dealt with by stifling etc.  Climbing veg need permanent structures that can be used year after year.  My Uncle Bill couldn't get through an evening without going 'out the back' in the hope he'd find a weed he'd missed before, but not me!  I was 80 yesterday.
