Blackberry - Satin

Talking of blackberries, is the variety 'Satin' the same as 'Black Satin'? The plant label says it's 'Satin' but when I google 'Black Satin' returns, there doesn't appear to be a 'Satin'.

My garden is in it's 2nd year, and I seem to be spending my time correcting my planting mistakes of last year. One of the mistakes made was to plant 'Satin' in the open ground. Gosh is it prolific. If a growing tip just touches the ground then within days it's a new plant. I've now dug it up and replanted it in a large pot (60cm across and 60cm deep). Compost used is 'spent' compost, half a bag of ericaceous compost, mixed up with fish blood and bone meal.

My question is.... I'm hoping I've pulled all the roots when I dug it up, but if I didn't would/could another plant grow?  The rate it's growing is giving me nightmares. I may have a problem at harvest time too, one happy 'Black Satin' bush can produce 25g of fruit.
Trying to be the person my dog thinks I am!

Yes,I think it could regrow if you left any roots behind. It might be a cultivar selected for lack of thorns and large/prolific fruit but it's still a bramble at heart so it will have similar world domination ambitions (raspberries do the same, they're related).
