I think you'll have to take a chance and plant them a bit deeper, but they may not manage to thrive. I wouldn't put then in pots that are too big though - an inch wider than what they're in, 2 inches at most. If you move them somewhere a bit cooler, that might slow them down a bit too. It's worth sowing more in a couple of weeks or so as well. Do you know what variety they are and what height they might get to? I'm surprised they're growing so rapidly - it must be very warm where you have them.
I've never bought them as plants @Meomye, so it's difficult to say, but I'd guess they'd be in GCs in time for Easter, which I believe is the weekend after this one - 9th. They'd need growing on, and frost protection, before going outdoors later, as we've said earlier, so you'll need room for some pots in your house/greenhouse/porch etc
