I think Geranium molle (dove's foot cranesbill) has quite variable leaves and looks somewhat like your 1 and 3... but only somewhat...
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

I've just looked up mallow, very interesting plant - the seeds are called cheeses and have a very nutty taste.
