  • I've potted mine up over a week ago, but there's no sign of life yet. I did plant them the right way up with the concave bit facing up. Do they take a while to root?

    They do take quite a while to shoot,  my daughter gave me some new ones to set for her,  they’re only just showing and some are not going to.  Depends how good they were.
    Mine,,  in the photo are many years old,  they’ve been stored  in newspaper over winter and start shooting in the paper, that’s when I know to set them In a seed tray.

  • I bought mine from Farmer Gracey Begonia odorata 'Angelique' Tubers — Buy fragrant white begonias online at Farmer Gracy UK . I've not covered them, just laid cushioned on the surface, indoors. (Not heated, nor under growlights) - will that be sufficient?

    That’s perfect,  try not to get water in them, just keep soil damp around the edges.
