Have had a look at my Dahlia tubers and notice some have white mould. I read somewhere about cleaning with mild bleach and water???

As long as the tubers are firm, and still viable, that's the easiest method.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

If they're squishy, snip them off with scissors.

Thanks for that. Is it too early to put them up as last year they took forever to come on? I am going to try a cupboard in house with good light?

Yes it is an old house and large cupboard has a velux window.
