Orchid to name?

Dear members.
Attached are images of an orchid plant given to me 14 years ago and still going strong.
Love to know its name? Grows indoors and outdoors.
My memory is fuzzy but I seem to rember "tax" being in its name or maybe it is coming upto April 5th!
Ignore the geranium leaves next to it.
Any tips appreciated.
