Slow germination of corepsis, beetroot and dahlias

I've had some of the above seeds in soil waiting to germinate for I would say around 2 weeks now. Ive had some beetroots germinate in 1 cell and 1 dahlia in another but all the others yet to come up. Should I scrap the seeds Ive put in and try again? Also if anyone has advice on coreopsis; Its a first for me and never tried growing before. I just picked them up as they looked nice. Theyre called early sunrise. Thank you

Where are you trying to germinate them, how warm is it?
How can you lie there and think of England

They're all on my windowsills. The beetroot is unheated and probably between 15 and 18 degrees. The coreopsis and dahlias were at this temp for a while before I moved them above a radiator on a windowsill (up to above 20 degrees) Now they're on the heated proporgator which keeps them at around 18 to 20 degrees

All seeds take different times to germinate and conditions for them differ.
We have had seeds sown and kept in an unheated conservatory taking 1 week or 3 weeks depending on what they are.
