Help identify Wilson

Can anyone help me? Identify this plant. I found it on a beach at Weston-super-Mare in Feb this year.
Lots of storm debris on beach and this guy...called him Wilson  :D😆

    Maybe some kind of daisy? I have something with similar leaves, it has pale purpley flowers with a yellow centre, tho mine is in the garden and it's not looking quite as healthy as that, as we've had lots of very chilly weather lately.

    I have a couple of shasta daisy in my garden that look really similar - some have the rooty looking things above the soil and the green leaves come from either on them or just below, like yours.
