Magazine Premium Subscription Not Working Online

Hi Everyone, I know this has been mentioned quite a few times, but My partner has bought me my subscription to Gardeners world for the past 2/3 years but the website doesn't allow me to enter my subscription number anywhere. In failing to do so I can't gain gain access to any of the premium content now matter how hard I try. 

Would someone please be able to help guide me in the right direction please.

    You could try doing a PM to Catherine Mansley @jphillips61 and @josephteager, as she's now a moderator for the site.

    If you go to your settings - top right of the page, and click the icon that looks like  an envelope, that's your inbox. Select new message and type in the name - ie Catherine Mansley where it says recipient, and then fill in the box below. 

    Hope that works for you  :)
