Feed ground before laying turf?

Got bare soil ready to turf.
Do I feed seaweed fertiliser before  laying turf same day or after turf is down, and if so, how soon after it's down?

Would a liquid seaweed fertiliser be safe to use on a new turf?
I wish I could garden all year round!

You can give a sprinkle of something like BF&B on soil a few weeks before laying, or sowing seed, but other than that, just lay it.
No need for anything if the soil's healthy though. No real need for food afterwards either - just moisture, and time/warmth.

You can buy pre turf fertiliser I don't think they strictly necessary though , i wouldn't use fish blood and bone on new turf either Bone meal would be more appropriate or pre turf fertiliser , If you've brought in new soil that's more than adequate .

Seaweed isn't much use at this stage let the turf establish first .

The soil looks in fine fettle. I wouldn't bother with anything.

Yes- bone meal is for root development ,whereas BF&B is better if you're sowing seed @Perki. I've never used turf - seeding is much easier and cheaper.  ;)

We're all really saying the same thing though - if the soil's decent, nothing else is needed - just get the turf laid.
Just make sure the ground is raked and firmed so that it's level. It looks very dry, although that could be the photo,  so if you're in one of those areas where rainfall is very low, especially through the coming months, make sure you don't let it dry out   :)
