How can I contact someone about my subscription. I don't have my magazines, nor does the code I was given work.   I don't know where to ask for help.

    Thank you, everyone for your help.  

    How can I change my profile name. I didn't expect it to put my full name.

    If you go into your settings  @katrina.waring - the little cog wheel top right of the page, you'll find the info for changing your details.
    Just choose edit profile and you can change your username from there. Remember to save your changes  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    I just tried that and it told me that I didn't have permission to do it.........another blip???

    I've replied to you on that other thread @Pauline 7. You have to do it from the G'sWorld.com option at the top of the page. It's crazy.

    No - it's still showing as the same @katrina.waring
    Did you sign out and back in again? That's the only way to 'set it'.

    It's a total PITA!
