Cosmos and Marigold seedling advice

Hi All I have started to grow from seed this year and my Cosmos and Marigolds have shot up in seed trays which are in a propagator (see below). Should I be potting these on now?

Add to that the natural urge to see those little seedlings pop up in Spring especially when it’s cold and grey and we are all longing to get into the garden and you understand why this question is asked every year.
